Not sure what to say?

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Rose was one of the first female officers that I ever had to ride with at Northeast Nights. I always enjoyed riding with Rose and even after so many years, everytime I saw Rose she was still the same lovely, sweet Rose that I rode with. My heart is tremendously saddened with Rose's passing. God wanted another Rose with him in heaven.

Rose was truly an incredible person. She used to babysit my son a long, long time ago at White Oak -he loved her cats!! She became our special poolside friend and she will remain in our hearts and memories forever. Our deepest sympathy to her family.

Rest now my friend you have served proudly and left impressions that you will never know. I remember teasing her years ago, I told her I was convinced that her first name was Narcotics, everytime I called the sixth floor it seemed like I got "Narcotics Gold." It became a running Joke. I was so saddened to hear the news. There will always be a special place in my heart for you and many of the other people whom have inspired me. Your family remains in my prayers.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rose and working with her for the first time, when I transfered to the sixth floor about three years ago. She was the most helpful and friendliest person that had worked with in my twenty years with H.P.D. I will miss her greatly and may God bless Rose and her family.

I am very saddened to learn of Rose's passing. I was just talking about her last week to a friend of mine about my childhood in cottage grove. Rose and her dad ran the softball league at cottage grove park. Rose's team always whipped everyone. My brother said she beat all the guys and girls in softball that's how good she was.
My family sends our prayers to the Ogrodowicz family. I Know I will never forget her!

May the peace Rose now enjoys bring comfort and a small measure of God's peace to her family and all who loved and respected this extraordinary woman.

Rose, I will miss you dearly, you were such a kind and generous friend. To Margie, thank you for taking such good care of Rose and being her Angel here on earth.

Rose was a dear friend to my husband when they worked together in the Narcotics Division. May you find peace and love in the memories you cherish. My sincere condolences.
