Lela Foreman Morgan Tallulah, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Lela Foreman Morgan 89 of Tallulah, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Waverly Baptist Church with Bro. Don Thornton and Bro. Marion Spence officiating. Visitation will be held at Waverly Baptist Church on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017 from 5-8 PM. Entombment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Monroe, LA. Mrs. Morgan was a native of New Iberia, LA and passed peacefully from this life to be with her Lord and Savior on February 14, 2017 at her home in Quebec, LA. She was a member of Waverly Baptist Church since moving to Madison Parish in 1957. Mrs. Morgan was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always put her family before herself. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Foreman and Mary Luehm Foreman; her loving husband Fred C. Morgan Sr. and seven siblings, Annie B. Foreman, Elva M. Foreman, Edna Derouen, Alvin L. Foreman, Julius W. Foreman, Harold Foreman and Carol Foreman. She is survived by three children and their spouses, Randy (Dr. Belinda) Morgan of Tallulah, LA, Fred (Sherri) Morgan of Checotah, OK and Catherine (Gerald) Tonore of Monroe, LA and ten grandchildren Vallery Morgan, Gerald (Ashley) Tonore II, Catherine E. Tonore, Dr. Ginny-Lea (Dr. Joel) Norris, Chad (Kristi) Morgan, Culley Morgan, Clay Morgan III, Wiley Morgan, Ashley (Brandt) Lance and Robbie Temple; and was also adored by thirteen Great grandchildren, Alex Tonore, Morgan Tonore, Dee Morgan, Evelyn Rose Morgan, Shepard Morgan, Conner Lance, Caroline Lance, Cam Lance, Wil Morgan, Parker Morgan, Landry Morgan, Ava-Grace Morgan and Landan Taylor. Aunt Lela was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Chad Morgan, Gerald Tonore II, Robbie Temple, Larry Cox, Donald French, Dr. Joel Norris and Clay Morgan.
