Mrs. Rose Moye will continue to be in a part of our family life, just as she and her family have been since the early seventies. Her conversations with mom on topics old and new, their passion for their gardens, or a chance to share the latest scoop on store sales will be missed, and remembered fondly. Life gives us good days and bad days, as well as friends to share both. We have been friends for 32 years, and as my friend you were caring and supportive through all of that time. I still think of the good times when we talked about everything and laughed about nothing together.

I will cherish the special times we shared together, and in every situation you knew just what to say or do. I just want to say how much I appreciate our friendship. A friend...

Col Moye and family, words can not say enough over the lose of your wife Mrs. Rose Moye. Mrs.Rosa White and her son Herbert White,Jr, along with the memory of COl(Ret)Herbert White Sr, would like to offer their condolences. Though gone in life, Mrs. Moye will live on in memory.
