Grandma i miss you so very much. Every time i see a picture of you or even think about the memories with you i start to tear up. i wish you could be here to watch me run but i know your still watching! i decided that every race and every workout I'm doing it for you because i know how proud you would be of me and by doing that i feel a lot stronger this year in workouts and I'm excited to start racing! I am also doing better in school and I'm just an overall better person and a lot of that...

I still miss you so very much Rose. Every time I go to my email, I want to send you a message or call you and see how you are doing and tell the news in my family. You are the best friend I have ever had. Happy 70th Birthday.

I know my heart skipped a beat when this news came to me. Bob I am saddened by the loss of such a sweet lady. May the lord lay a mending hand on your heart. To all of your family and Rose's family our thoughts and prayers are with you.
