I knew Sr. Irene as Sr. Cecil Ann. from grammer school at St. Joseph's in South Troy. She did not teach me but back then we knew all the sisters. We were always taught by the all CSJ"s. I am a friend of Kathleen and got to know Sister Irene after grammer school. I rember while in grammer school we would have school picnics and all the sisters would be there. Sr. Irene was one of those Sisters who made grammer school fun to attend. May she rest in peace.
