It is with deepest sympathy and a sense of loss that I remember my friend Roe. She was instrumental in my development a a professional, and she always treated me with love and respect. She taught me not to sweat the small things and she taught me how to laugh. She will be missed and your family will be in my prayers. Sincerely, Lumas Rice

To Roe's extended family,
My husband, Chris and I would like to send our heartfelt condolences to all of you. I, too, am grieved by her passing. I worked with Roe for many years at Samaritan Hospital. She was a wonderful, warm person. She was my colleague, mentor, and an incredible boss. I will never forget Roe's never-ending sense of humor and her very quick wit. I have met many of you thru the years, and I know that she loved you all very much. Deb Peppin
