Oh Rose, you were my mom Kathy Hale's best friend. I remember how kind and loving you always were to her and to me. You were consistently warm and elegant and my mother loved you very much. You understood her in ways that no one else could. You both loved your work. You both had lost children too soon. You could tease my mother out of her worries and stress like no one else could.
