I worked with Roseann for several years at Keithley Instruments in Solon. She was a wonderful friend, and a delight to work with! She is in Gods hand now, just in time for his birthday celebration!! How lucky she is.

Roseann was wonderful to work with. She was friendly, conscientious and very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed knowing both her and Tony. I only saw them once after she retired and wish I would of stayed in contact. I tried to post 2 pictures of the day she retired from Keithley in 1995. Not sure it worked.

I still often refer to some of my interactions with her when I speak to people about talking to customers on the phone. She was always so good at talking to customers and writing down the words customers used to describe their application, whether she understood the technical terms or not.
