Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of working for Roseanne at Cafe Manhattan for 3 years. It was a beautiful and enjoyable place to work and Roseanne was so good to me. I thought of her often when I left the state and I was so sad to get the news of her passing. I also worked there with Lori. Lori, if you read this know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers. We have many fond memories of our days with Roseanne at Cafe Manhattan!

My name is Paul, better known as Buddah.
I met Roseanne when I was a student at AIC in Springfield and she was a student at the Elms. It was the sixties and we became like brother and sister and Ro was a central part of our extended family.
Some 40 plus years ago she and her friend Chris Winn gave me a sterling silver St. Christopher medal with their initials and a Jewish Star on the back for my birthday.
To this day, that medal has never left my keychain and is at my side...

My father had the unfortunate task of telling me that Roseanne had passed away. The news had taken my breath away and I wondered what could have happened to this vibrant, spectacular woman, who was so creative and talented well before her time.

I am deeply sorry for the loss to her family and friends.

My memories date back to my first real job at Ichabod's. She was the manager and hired me at the ripe young age of 18. I followed her to Cafe Manhattan where she was...

Jessica. I heard of your moms passing and am deeply saddened.
My sincere and warmest thoughts are with you during what must be a very difficult time. Stay close to the friends and family who love you.

Jessica, Ashley and Sarah,
I am so sorry to hear of Roseanne's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all and her other family members. She brought so much happiness into so many lives, especially Uncle Denis. Much love to you all.

To Roseanne's family,

I am deeply saddened to hear of Roseanne's passing, my sincerest condolences to you all. Roseanne was such an inspiration to many. She had a flair to change an ordinary stark room into a work of art. Her talents, charm, smile, beauty, and loyalty were what defined her and made her unique. I had the opportunity to meet and work with Roseanne many years ago at Ichabod's. From the start she was a dedicated employee with a fine work ethic. Her dedication and...

My sincere condolences to all of Roseanne's family. I knew her mostly professionally as the manager of the Colony Club, but in reading her biographical information, I find that I knew several members of her MA families. Roseanne was always friendly to all, and a gracious hostess. It is my pleasure to have known her in Springfield and to find that she also has family in PA.

I am so happy you were able to spend those last moments with Roseanne. That is a gift you will never forget. It was wonderful to meet all of you and see the deep love you have for one another.

Jackie & Ted Rauh, former owners of Theodores' will always remember Rosanne for the wonderful way she operated her reastaurant and treated her cumsters. She worked very hard and very smart and was a great asset to downtown Springfield. She will truely be missed.
