Not sure what to say?

Miss Althouse was my Kindergarten teacher for 2 years and of all my teachers at WTS Training school, she is most remembered. The last time I saw her, she imparted to me how frightened I was of the fire drill sounds every time we had a fire drill. One day I came to her and said I wasn't afraid anymore and showed her a picture of Daniel in the lions den. Dr. Althouse invited me to Winthrop to lead a workshop for early childhood professions throughout South Carolina in the early 1980's. Mrs Althouse was s blessing to me and so many others she taught..

I met Rosemary soon after her coming to Rock Hill. We enjoyed social times together, including visiting with her parents, cruise to Bermuda, etc Her love for children and her work were always evident. Elaine Hamel Price
