So many of Rosie's co-workers, past and present, have her example of passion for justice, communion with the poor and marginalized, and a deep sense of humor and perspective, as a memory. Thanks to Rosie's community and family for sharing Rosie with those of us who had the privilege of knowing her.

My sympathy to the enitre Statt family. Rosie was one of a kind. She was a great lady her stories would have us all laughing for hours. She will be deeply missed by all of us here at Depot Commons.

Behind all of Rosie's laughter and humor was a deep compassion for those in need. She would go to any extreme to provide assistance where it was most needed. Being part of the "YaYa Sisterhood" with Rosie has brought many laughs and treasured memories.
May you rest in peace, Rosie. Heaven will never be the same with you there!

Rosie's sensitivity to the poor as well as to everyone that she came in contact with is such an example to us all. She always had a joke to cheer you, but could share deeply on spiritual concerns as well. Her fighting spirit is certainly an inspiration to all.

What a loss for all of us who knew Rosie! Her humor was beyond description, but more importantly her concern for anyone she came in contact with is legend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. It was a gift to be her friend.

I know the entire Sheehan family joins me in expressing our sadness at the loss of your wonderful sister. She will and has always been "Toots" to us and it was only my noticing that she went to join such a great club on the eve of All Saints Day that I realized it had been 56 years since the Sheehan that loved her most of all had died as well. Your parents brought up such wonderful giving children and Rosemary was an icon for all she came in contact with as to how to live a giving, caring...
