My condolences to the Garcia Family. I first met Rusty at IVC in 1979, it was great to have known him. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to Lupe and her entire family on their loss. I considered Rusty a childhood friend playing baseball and other sports growing up. We graduated together in 1975 from BUHS, he will be missed but not forgotten, he was a good man. Ralph Gonzalez

Rusty was a good man, our sons were in some classes with his son. I worked in Brawley, Rusty was a customer and we became friends. Always remember and respect him for love of students, schools and the community at large.
