Mrs. Rosetta Carrie Carter entered into rest on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Funeral service will be held on March 27, 2024 at Bethel Community Apostolic Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mrs. Carter is preceded in death by her parents, Lillie Mae and Andrew Johnson, her husband, Joseph Carter and daughter, Veletta Carter. She leaves to cherish her memories: son, John Burnett; daughters, Tanya Burnett, Odessa Carter, Gloria Hill, Phylicia Carter, Tyquawna Carter, Danielle Carter, Shevonne Carter and Charysma Carter; brother; Freddie Gaines; 23 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 1 to 5 p.m.
