Not sure what to say?

Roslyn was a dear friend of my parents, Wightman and Priscilla Weese, now gone on before her to glory. After Wight passed, she would visit Priscilla at Windsor, helping her with small things. I thought the world of Roslyn, a true missionary at heart.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life,
nor angels, nor principalities,
nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature,
shall be able to separate us...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Dear Dick, was saddened to hear of Roslyn's passing and you & yours in our prayers, count it a privilege to have known her & served together!

Dear Dick and family- deepest sympathy in the loss of your beloved wife, mother, grandmother. She fought her disease so bravely to the end, had an amazing caregiver and mate-your devoted love and care was a
testament of our Savior. Prayers for peace & comfort.

But I dared not approach her; she was out of my league! And, yes, she was "religious" too. Not until I became a Christian and then began dating her younger sister did I come to know that Roz was such a genuine, fun-loving, thoroughly approachable, caring (and really smart) girl. And that her "religion" was not that at all, but...

Though we lived in the southern Philippines and Dick and Roslyn were in the north, we had several opportunities to interact and get to know Roslyn's love for family and for the Filipino people. We rejoice in God's faithfulness through a long and difficult illness.

Roslyn and Dick are a beautiful witness of love and faithfulness!

Single Tree

My condolences to Dick and their children and grandchildren. It was about 40 years ago that Mary Lou and I first met Roslyn and Dick in Papua New Guinea--and where they first met each other! I remember Roslyn as a ball of energy and enthusiasm. She added joy to our singles and young married group at Ukarumpa in the early '80's. Serving in different countries we lost touch directly but were aware of their growing family through our Wycliffe and SIL networks. Thanking the Lord for her legacy...
