Ross R. Mathews

I got to know Ross very well during my freshman year at Walla Walla College in 1957-58, when my parents rented the upper floor of his parents' home in College Place. Ross was always charming, amusing, full of energy and life, and interested in everyone he met. I'm sorry that because of geographical separation, we were not able to keep up that friendship in later years, but I still look back at the Ross of those days with great affection.
