Ross will always be remembered for his big laugh and tremendous sense of humor. But, I also learned from him that it was important to acknowledge a kindness and to respect the value of hard work.
He had such heart. The world is a poorer place without him.

It's with a heavy heart and sadness on hearing of the loss of Ross, I always known Ross for his great sense of humor and the unforgettable time we spent working at the PSBGM.
