GOMER — Ross Elwood Thomas passed away on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, at The Meadows of Kalida at the age of 93. He was born at home, on June 14, 1928, to Arthur B. and Leora (Ross) Thomas who preceded him in death. He lived all of his life on the family farm. He married Joan Lloyd on May 24, 1951...
Read MoreSo sorry for the late posting but we no longer live in the Lima area. I worked at Ohio Power Co. and had the privilege of knowing Ross, we would play cards at lunch time, and he always had something funny to say which kept lively and so enjoyable. May his soul rest in peace.

Ross was a great guy and one of the first people to welcome us with open arms to Gomer church. We loved talking to him and enjoyed his wit and funny stories. Our sincere sympathies to the Thomas family.
