Not sure what to say?

A cousin, one I never go to know. If we all could live a little longer...

Sad, so sad... to loose this icon in Columbus, Ohio... American History. Grieving with you all.

Heather, I was saddened when I heard about Mr. Brown. You will be in my prayers.

Sorry to hear of Rowland's passing. My best wishes, Michael Brown (Rowland's cousin in L. A.).

Sorry to hear of Rowland's passing.
Michael Brown (cousin in Los Angeles)

I am sorry to hear of Rowland's passing. He was my mother's half brother (my uncle by blood). I never had a chance to meet him in person, but always hoped that I would some day. From what I have heard he was a wonderful person who lived a good life. If we could all be so lucky. My heartfelt condolences to Heather and to my cousins.

All my best,
Anne McClard (Daughter of Megan Brown McClard)

Rowland and Heather in 2008

I'm so sorry to hear of Roland's passing. He was a truly great man, and he led a brave and beautiful existence across many realms of life. I will always remember the cheerful days I spent at his home in Columbus with his amazing wife Heather and the bottomless kindness they showed me as a rather distant relative. His and Heather's love for one another and for their children was palpable and left a deep impression upon my soull; I wished that I could be so lucky. My condolences to all...

I am so sorry to hear that Rowland has left this earth but we will meet again when we complete our work on earth. I am so proud to be able to call him my cousin and he was the son of my favorite uncle. God love and bless all of you at this time and always.
Love, Cousin Moya

Rowland was my uncle, and I loved him and will always remember him.
