Roxane Delight Freeman Robertson

I am so saddened to discover the passing of Roxane. We were almost the same age, same public schools, same grade in public school, both graduated in 1975. In Jr High, we were "girlfriend and boyfriend", even "going steady" for a while. There are very, very few people I remember from those days long ago, but I will never forget Roxane. She was a warm and caring person, and I will remember her always.

When we were neighbors...I´ll never forget the night we were under a tornado warning. I put my girls in the car to go to the shelter at Asbury. I stopped by Roxane´s house and picked her and her girls up too. We were all bunched up in my car which was funny, but we got to the shelter safely. We laughed a lot that night. I wish we had stayed in touch. Such a wonderful person. She was always laughing no matter how sick she was. I´m glad you´re well now.

Roxanne Delight, What a beautiful name. That is Rox, beauty, sweet, intelligent, caring to all, cheerful. Charming and we had a few great laughs. she laughed so cute. I was looking for her on fb, few days ago. I am not that good at fb. Ill regret not pursuing finding her. Thank you for your time. So sorry for yours and our loss.

Roxane had the spirit of joy like no one else! She was a hoot and a half, sweet and kind, loving and giving. She will be missed mightily and I, for one, am humbled that she was a part of my life. What a blessing to have called her "friend"! Much love to all her family.

What a special friend and woman, Rox was. Always ready to go to the beach and party with her girl pals. All though I had not seen her in many years, I'll miss her smile and gracious attitude. May peace be with all her family. God bless you all. Lucy Samuelson
