Roy Arriaga

Hello everyone, Mark Martinez here, I think of Roy and your family all the time. Roy was like a brother to me. I will always have great memories of the time we spent together.

When I moved to Fortuna in 1972, Roy and the entire Arriaga family welcomed me into their home and family. I wrestled with Roy, Tony and Vince my junior and senior years at Fortuna high. I have very fond memories of those years. I also have many great memories that involved projects at the Arriaga house. I had great meals there at the family table and too many parties to list. Roy was the kind of guy who´s glass was always half full and I always enjoyed being around him... Roy always...

So sorry to hear this. Roy was one of the people that was kind to me when our family moved to Rio Dell after the flood. I always wondered where he ended up. Rest Well Roy... sending prayers to your family and friends.

We go back a long ways. That kind of friendship doesn't come around too often. You will always be a part of our family. Always in our hearts. Prayers and hugs to ruby, Jessica, kalani and josanne. You will be deeply missed paradise. RIP MG brother. Love ypu forever. Until we meet again.
