Not sure what to say?

It deeply saddens me to hear of the passing of such an amazing, good-hearted man. I met Roy through Roy Jr. & MaryPat, Roy brought so much joy to everyone's life with jokes and laughter. He was a very generous and patient person. I only knew Roy for a brief amount of time but his witty, joyful personality truly made an impact on me and I am so grateful to have known him. Thank you for your service to this country and thank you for your acquaintanceship. My sincerest condolences to MaryPat,...

Oh Dad I miss you so much ❤ I can't wait to get to heaven and hug you again. I keep asking Jesus to hug you for me and tell you how much I love and miss you. Life is not the same without you. Today is a really hard day

I was looking at the list of all Naval Security Group personell when a noticed Roy had passed away. Roy and I went to CTR "A" School at NSGA Skaggs Island, then to NSGA Kami Seya and finally NavSecGru Dept at NCS Guam. We had kept in touch infrequently, and I was sorry to learn of his passing. My condolences to his family, late as it may be.

Mary Pat and family, our hearts are just broken hearing of Roy’s passing. We know that he will continue to live on through all of the lives he has touched. We wish you peace and send our love.
All the Schnetzler’s

So sorry to hear about Roy. I came about this by accident - my condolences to his family. The last time I saw Roy was at our class reunion - he always had a smile. Rest in peace!

Roy was a very special man. I met him when he would attend our church while visiting his family in Florida. But most of the time I talked to him on the phone when he was not feeling well and I would call and pray with him. He was always so kind and thoughtful, and I enjoyed talking with him. During our last talk, while he was in the hospital, we planned to meet when he came back to visit Naples. In fact, we were talking about having lunch together. That will have to wait until a later...
