Not sure what to say?

I leaned of Roy's Jan. death just today (Aug 21) via the Anglican Digest. I was in Roy's group of 4 at our 2011 CREDO conference in FL He spoke so often of Sally, the four children and families, with such love, that we felt we almost knew you all. It was a joy and privilege to share with Roy - at times intimately when we talked about "cabbages & kings", including our health issues and the closeness of death He was a very special child and servant of God who loved his family dearly. Dear Sally:
Long ago Roy, Jack Wiseman and I worked together at summer jobs as lifeguards in Winchester. I sometimes thought of Roy over the years, and wondered how life had progressed for you both. I now see that you had a wonderful and fulfilling life together, with many satisfactions and made a great and positive difference for many people. Please accept my deepest sympathy on his passing with the knowledge that you both have made life better for many others.

God Bless,

I am sad to hear about Roy's passing. We were neighbors on Robert Arey Drive in Randolph in the early 1970's when Jill was a new baby. My condolences go out to his family.

So sorry to hear of rev. Benjamin's passing. He officiated at my wedding 23 years ago and he and Sally attended our reception. He was warm, funny, and wonderful! Diane Scott

To the Benjamin family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Our family so appreciated the efforts Roy made at Christ Church during a very challenging period in our history. We offer our sympathies for your loss.

So sorry to hear of Roy's passing. We lose another one of the Little Neck men. Roy was such a fixture at Little Neck. I will never forget his Gala Day prayers. "Eye has not seen, ear has not heard, neither has it entered the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love him". This certainly applies to Roy. God bless you all.
