BLIZZARD, Roy Lee, 53, of Mechanicsville, died March 2, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; two daughters, Vicky and Kristy; one granddaughter, Skye; and future son-in-law, Eric; his mother, Joyce Blizzard; and numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation will be from 12 to 1 p.m., Friday at Mattaponi Baptist Church, Rte. 14, Cumnor, Va., followed by the service at 1 p.m. Interment in church cemetery. Arrangements by B.W. White Funeral Homes.

I love you Roy, and I miss you like crazy. Sure wish you were here, I need your words of wisdom. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about you. Wherever you are I hope you're happy Roy.

I miss you dad everyday I think about you. It's going to be so hard to go through this fathers day without you. You were such a great person. Loved and respected by many, hated by none. I hope that you are looking down and watching over us. I love you.

I don't have enough words to express how much you mean to me. You were the best Dad. You were always there for me and I can never thank you enough. You will be missed very much and I can't wait to see you in heaven. We love you always.

Roy Blizzard was a great man, one of the best to ever walk the face of the earth. He has made such an astounding difference in my life as well as the lives of many others. He is truely one of God's angels. May you forever rest in peace Roy, you shall never be forgotten.
