I am very sad to hear that Roy passed away. He was a good friend and the best hairdresser that I have ever gone to. In fact he has done my hair since I was 8 years old, for 50 years. I've gone to him from when he worked at Pompei to his newest shop. He backed softball teams I played on and was always the most generous person to everyone. My Uncle Roy was such an amazing person to so many people, but to me he was someone I looked up to like a father. He's had such a positive impact on my life and I'm thankful for all the great memories I have of him and all the fun times we had as a family.Uncle Roy was the glue that held our family together. I am so sorry to learn about Roy's death. I would have very much liked to have paid my respects in person, but I didn't know that he had died. I called today for appointment and when no one answered I was afraid. We drove to the salon and there was a note about his passing. My whole family will miss Roy for many reasons, but most of all for the way he made us feel when we were around him.
