Roy Lee Curry, 87, passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, in Bowie. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Thursday at the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie. Survivors: His wife, Becky Curry; children, DiAnne Dunn, Bronc Curry; and grandsons, James Dunn and Daniel Dunn.
Read MoreI just found this, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was the principal at Nimitz when I attended and Mrs. Curry was my 5th grade teacher at Elliott. I have always thought so highly of both of them. My prayers go with the entire family.

Ronnie and I are so sad to hear of Coach Curry's passing. He was a huge inspiration to Ronnie as his Graham HS football coach and to me as my Physical Science teacher. Coach Curry's leadership made such a positive difference in many Graham boys' lives. His legacy will live on. Please accept our sympathies.
