Dear Dahl family, Again we are so sorry for your loss. We really thought highly of Roy. I know he will be greatly missed. What a wonderful family he has. God bless all of you.

Susan,
Norm and I are thinking of you and your son as you struggle through the loss of your dad and grandpa. It's a tough go for sure. The legacy of you and your siblings prove what a wonderful, caring, inspirational father you enjoyed.

Sincerely,

Norm & Debbie (Montgomery) Bell

To Roy Dahl's family,
We've known Deacon Roy since we joined St. Peter's Parish five years ago. We were always so struck by both his knowledge and his dedication to his faith and his Church. Knowing what we did about his professional career strengthened our belief that there truly can be a balance between religion and science. We always took away so much meaning from his homilies, and could so easily relate to the experiences he shared with us, and the inspired messages he delivered....

Angels guide you, Roy. Your preaching and gentle encouragement have touched my life.

Mike and Judi,
We are so sorry for your loss. We did not know Roy personally, but you always spoke of him very highly and in best regards. We know he will be missed by your entire family, going through this tough time please let us know how we can help. You are all in our prayers and thoughts.

Dear Carol and family,

I treaure the wonderful memories of our families vacationing together at Lake Couer D'Alene and being neighbors for many years. I loved Roy's laugh and his fun spirit as we played for hours in the water at the lake. Your family will always be a very special part of my childhood memories. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

I love you all,

Luanne Spanner Anderson

Dear Carol and family,
The world has lost a bright shining star! Roy was one of the most "gentle" of men and he will be greatly missed. Please know that you are in our prayers. We are out of town and won't be there for Roy's services but know that we will be there in spirit.
Sincerely,
Bob and Maureen O'Brien
