December 23, 2018 Our beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away in his N. Highlands home on Sun, 12/23 at the age of 95. He was peacefully reunited with his wife, Annie V. Desmangles. Dad is survived by his children: Richard, Barbara, Roy Jr., Gregory and Michael Desmangles....

Uncle Roy was a self made man and understood how one could profit from hard work. I share in the Family's pain and grief. Those of us who were blessed to be a part of this Family over the years have wonderful memories. His place in N Highlands history and in the after life is now assured.
