My husband, Floyd "Bud" Medley remembers well his cousin by marriage . Roy was the nephew of Edgar Ewing, Bud's stepfather. I have heard lots of stories about Roy and Bud had a lot of respect for Roy and wish he had known him better as adults.

Truly, Mr. Drusky is missed. Spiritually speaking I know his family remember these scripture's: Isaiah 41:10/13 and 2Corinthians 1:3/4. Jesus words concerning his dear friend in John 11:11-14; also here where Jesus spoke of a resurrection and asked the question. Do you believe this? I believe in the resurrection and I look forward to welcome this kind man back. Please dear ones take care and much love from your humble neighbors

During 1953 I graduated high school got my first full time job attended any country music concerts I could get to without an automobile. The most admired musican for me and still is Roy Drusky. Around the Atlanta area I visited almost all the shows he performed here. One of my very favorite records among the 3500 I'm blesed is the first hit by Roy "Such A Fool" I still have the original copy/issue. My prayers are with all the families. Roy now sings with the angels. God bless.

Roy Drusky had a voice as smooth as silk! There were few people who could sing as the way he did because in all the years I heard him sing I never heard him hit a bad note! My prayers and condolences go out to the Drusky family in this trying time Please know that he was loved by all of his fan both near and far and this boy who is originally from Atlanta is proud of another boy who called Atlanta home! Go in peace Roy we love you and will miss your smooth voice!
