Roy Hill Elgin

Sharon and family,
I am sorry for your loss. I am praying for your comfort during this difficult time.

Roy Elgin, gave me my first job out fresh out of in Elon in 2003. He was my first supervisor and taught me a lot about work ethics and how to treat people fairly. It was an unlikely friendship, but he became my biggest champion when I decided to go back to school to get my Master's Degree. We laughed together and he was always so proud of his family. It was an honor to know him. His family should know that his life touched so many others and his memory will live on.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mr. Elgin was one of my favorite patients. I'm so glad I got to see him last week. I will truly miss him. I always enjoyed talking with him and trying to get him to smile. Once I did, he wouldn't stop for the rest of his visit. I hope that you all find comfort and peace in the coming days. Kim Dance, LeBauer Healthcare

I was so sorry to hear of Roy's passing. I hope that you and your family reflect on his many accomplishments and celebrate his life, and the joy he brought you. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sharon, I know this is a very hard time for you and your family. You are with me in prayer. I pray that God gives you comfort in this difficult time.

I worked at Alamance County Child Support and Roy was instrumental in my training. He was a great teacher and I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I left Alamance County to work in Wilson County and am now an Agent in Wayne County. Roy will always hold a special place in my heart!
