Not sure what to say?

Mr. Ellsworth,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Whether Roy was setting up a joke or writing grocery list, he had a natural story telling ability that drew everyone around him right in. Roy's calm nature complemented Grandma's energy with divine perfection, someday we should all be so lucky to have such a pairing. We will all miss you very much.

Dear Grandma,
I'm so sad to hear your favorite pal has moved on to Heaven. But boy oh boy is he going to keep them busy up there when he starts to tell them about his beer can collection! I admired & loved your respect for one another and the joy you both brought to one another over all these years. I wish you & the Ellsworths nothing but great, loving, never-fading memories. I love you to pieces, since my very first taste of a Grandmotherhood! ~ Christine. xoxo
