I know Bro George passed away many years ago, but I just saw this & I attended his church in Kermit Texas before moving to Louisiana in the 60s, love Bro George & his family & the whole church at Kermit, broke my heart to move away, but I was a teenager & had to follow my parents to Louisiana, Shirley Ann Warren-Skipper

This man was one of a kind, I remember over in the old Calvary Temple on 183, he would give me a quarter everytime he saw me. He will be missed! Thank God his legacy lives on in his wonderful son, My Pastor, J. Don George.

This world has truly lost a gem with the passing of Bro. George. He always greeted everyone with a smile and a hug. He will be missed by many.

Yesterday I attended a celebration service for Crossroads Church in Antioch, TN. Pastor Jack Harper explained the importance of planting seeds and speaking into people's lives. He said the seed for Crossroads was planted before Pastor Maury Davis (my pastor) and Cornerstone Church, it was started with someone speaking into Roy George's life and then J.
