Prayers sent.

Uncle Roy, "And the God of all grace who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm, and steadfast. (1 Peter 5:10). We will surely miss you at Nicole's birthday celebration at the Hofbrauhaus. She loved dancing with you!I am blessed to have married into the family and had an uncle as gracious and loving as you. Your spirit will always live on in very cherished memories. Happy Homegoing. I know that I will see you again...

I have very fond memories of Uncle Roy and I am very sorry to hear of his
passing. He was a great guy, very uplifting and always made me smile. I will never forget the great times I with the Handlers, Budigs and the Splitts while I was a kid up at Paddock Lake! They don't make times like that anymore!

Heartfelt and prayerful condolences from the Chicago Police Chaplains. Roy will be remembered at the Police Mass on Sunday, 28 JUN, 11:00 a.m. at Mercy Home - 1140 W. Jackson Blvd. In the meantime, may family and friends know the healing touch of our all-loving, all-merciful God! [Police Chaplains Ministry: or 312/738-7588]

Sending hugs to all of Roy's family. I sure was hoping we'd get him out to the farm to see the horses. He would have loved it so. Peace. Dave and Joanne Wolf

My prayers are with you and your family. Just a few days ago and cleaned up my old photos and there was you dancing with Elaine and happy as you could be...it was our 25th wedding anniversary at my sister-in-laws basement - Love
Your cousin Helen..

Sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort help you doing this difficult time. Psalms 83 : 18.

I was very sorry to hear of Uncle Roy's passing. I remember spending summers up in Paddock Lake with your family and ours, slow, hot summers at your cottage and mine. It was always nice to see Uncle Roy's smile and welcoming spirit, my condolences. Jennifer Splitt Syers

Lilian and all the family -- I'm so sorry for your loss. My memories of Roy are all fond. It's been years since I've seen him, but I can always remember his big smile and firm handshake. I, like you, will miss him.
