Sending our deepest condolences to Roy Higa Family, from Susan and Gene Tafoya, Lake Elsinore, CA. Roy was the second eldest brother to my father, Henry. He always came out to see us when he came to California and will be dearly missed. We have wonderful memories of him and when we were in Hawaii.
