Dr. Roy Jefferson Jr.

To the family of Dr. Jefferson i was a patient of his as a retired service member. Let me say I was knocked off my feet of the news of his passing.. He always a doctor adviser and sometimes comedian. A fellow vet told me of Dr. Roy Jefferson´s passing. I was in complete shock. Dr. J was my PCP for over five years at the VA CBOC at Ft. Benning. I always looked forward to seeing Dr. J because of his professionalism and compassion. I thought of him as a dear friend. He always helped me to look at all of my medical concerns and issues in a positive light. His advice was always spot on and helped me more than words can ever say. Dr. JEFFERSON, you were a man of honor and integrity. I had many appointments with you at the CBOC on Benning and I loved the football talk since I am a Pittsburgh boy. The veteran community will miss you, and how you listen to us when we say something was bothering us. You acted quick and without disregard. We will miss you and we love you.. Dr. Jefferson was my doctor at the V.A. I considered him a friend. Iam devastated by this news.

This is Marisol Ott and was a patient of his for a long time. My heart was saddened when I read the message that he had passed away. I dropped off a card to the family and hope it was mailed to his family. Rest in Peace, Dr. Jefferson

I am deeply saddened to have learned of the passing of Dr. Jefferson. He was a great doctor and a great man; always full of positivity and encouragement when I showed up for my appointments. He will be missed. His family, friends, and loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers.
