I worked at Keathley´s many years ago. Carmen hired me. I worked under Joe Franks and Jewell Davis. Loved eating at the restaurant across the street.Keathley´s Pie´s were wonderful pecan ,coconut and the brownies. Although Roy wasn´t around the bakery all the time he was a familiar face. Condolences to the family.
