I have know Roy since 1957 or '58, since he pledged my fraternity and was inducted into active status later that year (Pi Kappa Alpha). He graduated from Washington U. with an AB degree in May, 1959. He applied for and was given one of two $1000 scholarships to Washington U. School of Law, from which he graduated with an LLB degree. Mr.Roy was a super kind man.I met him threw my mother and he always took time to talk.He married me on my grandpaws front porch at Gordo(flatwoods)in 1999.He will be missed by those that new and loved him.My prayers to his family
