My sympathy is extended to the Kizer Family. RD and I grew up in the same area and attended Mathews, Allen and SFA together. He was a great guy. At our 50th high school reunion he brought down the house with his comedic talent. He made his living at something he loved; we all should be so fortunate. God's blessing to his loved ones.

I could not have asked for a better father-in-law! R.D. was so much fun to be around...he loved life, was always positive, supportive and had such great one-liners. I cherish and am thankful for his most recent visit to Austin in August and the memories we made the week he and Judy spent with us. And, I will be eternally grateful to Dad Kizer for Roy David Kizer, III! Your son carries on your legacy Dad--honor, integrity and yes, even your corny one-liners. Love you forever, Kim

I was so sorry to hear about R.D.....I went to school with him from 1st grade through High School, class of 1956......I know how much he enjoyed going to Klatsch to see all his former school friends and they enjoyed him immensely....he was lots of fun....he was a great guy and loved his country.....a true patriot...and great American....he was one of my email buddies.....I'll miss him as will all his friends.....My deepest sympathies to all of his family
