Not sure what to say?

Roy was a dear friend of my sister-in-law Lorraine Burke, and I was happy to see Roy and Betty in April, when Lorraine was also at St. Patrick's. He was a gracious and kind gentleman. May God bless all of you!

BETTY, MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY ON THE LOSS OF YOUR HUSBAND. I READ ABOUT IT ON THE WEBSITE OF THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE. IN CASE YOU DON'T REMEMBER,WE SERVED ON NOTRE DAME'S BOARD TOGETHER AND I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE IN MY PRAYERS. REMEMBER NOW YOU ALL HAVE ANOTHER ANGEL LOOKING OVER YOU. GOD BLESS YOU.

To all the Lyngaas family, we send our love and condolances. Roy was an important member and wonderful example of this counrty's "Greatest Generation". His humility, and pride as a husband, father , and uncle was an example for us all to remember. As his nephew (and fellow Rotarian) he will be deeply missed. Love to you all. Greg, Marilyn, Patrick,Charlie, Ryley and Conor.

Dear Betty, Kevin and All:

Please know that you are in my heart as you celebrate the life of
