I remember Roy as a very kind person and very thoughtful. I remember him taking time to process before responding to situations. Enjoyed his visits to Lincoln, Nebraska at Southview Baptist Church. A wonderful Christian example.

We loved Roy more than we can say. He was a true "pastor" to his flock. I still remember one of his messages. It was Christ is in you, with you and for you. Christ in you, the hope of glory. Roy has entered into that glory in Christ's presence. Our blessed hope is to meet him there one day.
