Dear Mosman Family,
We send to you our love and deep respect. Roy holds a very special place in our hearts as a wonderful bishop and great friend. We treasure the times that we spent in his presence and the lessons he taught us. Rod served as a counselor in the bishopric and I served as Relief Society President under Roy. I was Judge Mosman's court reporter in 1974 when he was first appointed to the bench. He was a wonderful person, whom I had the highest respect for.
