Not sure what to say?

I met Roy back in the 1980's while providing attendant services to his childhood friend, Ward, who suffered from the progressive and advanced Multiple Sclerosis. Roy was a first class act, coming to visit Ward to reminisce on a regular basis, wearing Levi's overalls, re-working Ward's wheelchairs with custom motors, and even putting an industrial grade winch in the ceiling over Ward's bed. I remember Roy driving up in his Cadillac, and throwing me the keys to run and pick up something he...

Roy hired me back in 1988 at his machine shop ( Aptec ) El Segundo. Roy was kind, but a strong business man. 3 of us made him an offer to buy Aptec. He turned it down and it was auctioned. Last thing he said to me, should have taken the offer. Sad to find out he has past on. He was a interesting guy full of life and dreams! We will miss him.

We offer our sympathy during this time. Uncle Roy was a kind, funny man. I would have enjoyed spending more time with him had 2000 miles not separated us. I know how much you will miss him now. He had a good life with much love because of his family and friends that´s what most of us dream of.

I met Roy at Cal Poly in 1961at a Mechanical Engineering function. We became long lasting friends and college roommates. And, I can attest that we did "study" by water skiing and playing cribbage. I was Roy's roommate when he met Judi and attended their wedding in 1964. Roy was a great guy and a wonderful friend. There was not any thing he would not do for you. He will be greatly missed. Good bye my friend, we shall miss you.

I want to send love, prayers , friendship, comforting thoughts. I loved Roy so much. Judy Kimberly and Jeff and entire family I´m so saddened. Such a loss. I will be in touch soon. Roy was a fine man. Exceptional human being. An example of true loyalty, honesty and fellow man.

Roy was a great man and boss. He was humble and very generous. He will be missed.

Roy was a very dear and cherished friend of the family. Roy was very good friends with my Father. He was a very generous and gracious man. I always enjoyed our conversations and I will miss him.
