Read MoreI worked with Mr. Roy Paine at NPTU Windsor, CT during two tours of duty as an Instructor. I learned so much from him as a teacher that enabled me to excel in my job as an Instructor. He always had a smile and friendly advice whenever he observed you having difficulty. I have never forgotten him and am a better man for having the privilege of working with him.

Roy was always a gentleman and taught me many aspects of Navy training in our days spent together at KAPL. I enjoyed his company, friendship and highly respected him as an individual. Always humble. Sad to hear of his passing. My prayers are with the family.
