I pretty much grew up with the Pulver family living across the street. Troy and I were close and his dad Roy will always be associated with ol' number 17. I know as I kid I would drive Roy nuts. I remember on particular time when Troy and i were playing around the garage where Roy was working on a race car. We found some tires and started rolling them around and in no time I had managed to roll one right into the street in front of an on-coming car. Of course the car hit the tire and Roy cam...
