Not sure what to say?

Pam,
I just realized today (Nov. 12) that this was your dad. Please know my prayers are with you and your family. If you need anything, contact me.

Patsy, Pam, and Parker,
I am very sorry for your loss. I remember all the times that Zipper came to Central Baptist to pick Parker up from Preschool. I have taken care of Parker and been friends with you all. I know that you will have a void in your lives but want you to know that it will be healed through time and the love of one another. May you all be blessed.

I am sorry to hear about Zipper. I went to East High School and I remenber Zipper as alway a kind and nice guy. You are in my prayers.

Pamela,
I know words are not enough at a time like this when you lose a loved one, but please be assured you, Parker, and your Mom are in my thoughts and prayers. It is very difficult to lose your Dad but you will always have your memories of him to keep him close in your heart.

Patsy, You do not know me, however, I have known Zipper since I was a child. My Mother, Nona Barber, was best friends with Dorothy Lawson and her sister, Bill (Zipper's Mother).Although Zipper was a couple of years older than myself, we more or less grew up together. I recall many things about him and his family. I am sorry for your loss and I know that you are aware of how fortunate you are to have had Zipper in your life. Roy Sue Maples-Vandergriff, St. Louis, MO.

Patsy, I am very sorry for your loss. It seems that we are losing so many of the class and although I am not around you all , I feel the sorrow . If I can do anything to help , let me know , Sonny

My brother, Richard Lawson, was married to Zipper's Aunt Dorothy, many years ago. In fact, Zipper was a pre-teen with, if memory serves me, asthmatic complications.
He turned into a handsome young man. My condolences to his widow and daughter. I'm sorry for your loss.

Patsy, I have been a friend of Zipper since I was a little girl. We both grew up at McCalla Ave. Baptist church. We were students at East High School, both graduates in 1957. The best memory I can remember was that Zipper and I won a dance contest on what is now WVLT TV. We laughed about that for weeks. He will be missed. Mary Jane Morgan Bailey

WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. YOU ARE IN MY FAMILY'S THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.
