I am very sorry to learn of the loss of both Roy and Fran. Though I never met Fran, Roy was my salesman when I was an art director for Jack List Advertising in downtown Cleveland. Roy was an excellent salesman and I always enjoyed when he would call on me. I loved his bow ties and our conversations. Please accept my sincerest sympathy.

Do to the loss of another dear friend, I am extending my apology for not being able to be there on Saturday for your memorial service. Our friends service is at 10:30 and we have to be there.
