My husband and I were patients of Dr. Shelton's for over 30 years. He was a wonderful dentist and such a nice person. We loved him and he was always positive and genuinely interested in his patients. He will be missed.

My family and I were all patients of Dr. Shelton's for many, many years. We all loved him so much. He always had a smile and a joke. He loved to laugh. My prayers are with the family. He will be missed.

My parents, brothers and myself all used Dr. Shelton when his office was in Downtown Birmingham. My dad did a lot of work for Roy at his farm in Ashville. Dr. Shelton always called my dad, Perry (even thought that was not his name) We all loved Dr. Shelton. Our thoughts and prayers for each and everyone of the family.

My parents, brothers and myself all used Dr. Shelton. My father Marlin Pearman did a lot of work for Dr. Shelton on his farm in Ashville, know as booger woods. Dr. Shelton always called my dad, Perry. We all loved Dr.Shelton. Our thoughts and prayers go to each and everyone of the family members.

I worked for Dr. Shelton for over 20 years. He was my first boss and sort of raised me. I know he will be missed. He always said he would be doing farming and dentistry till his last breath. PJ

Dr. Shelton was my dentist for many years in Birmingham before he retired to Ashville. He was very kind hearted and always smiling. As a nurse, I remember Dr. Shelton provding services to patients who could not afford them.
