Mr. Roy, A pleasant neighbor who always wore a smile and never forgot to say hello. Roy always showed his loyalty to his branch of service, The Marines, as well as his American heritage by flying both American and Marine flag. Those flags no longer fly in his yard. RIP Mr. Roy.
