It was an honor and privilege to have worked with the Trout family and especially Roy during my tenure as Ag Teacher,FFA and Adult Farmer Advisor at the Newport High School. Roy was a great leader,an inspiration to everyone and participatd in many FFA activities at all levels of the organization. He was president of the local chapter and a State Officer in 1966, the first since its charter in 1940. Please accept our sympathy from the Virgil Gutshall Family.

I worked with Roy at Penndot and have known Roy for over 30 years. He was a good, kind person who cared about people. You had to like him. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Roy was my immediate supervisor at Penndot for several years. He taught me a lot, for which I am very grateful. He was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with at the Lab. He spoke of his family often, and they are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I worked with Roy at PENNDOT. He was a consummate professional and a friend. I will have pleasant memories of bowling with Roy on the PENNDOT Lab bowling team.

My deepest sympathy to Roy's family and may God bless you all.

Dear Doris and family; My thoughts and prayers are with you on the loss of your brother. Rita W.Conley.
