Roy Uhlman, my sister Judith's husband, was an important member of my family. I was a single mother and the kid' s Uncle Roy was an important and loved male role model to them. His quiet sense of humor was expressed in how he enjoyed my children. I am so glad they had time to spend with him toward the end and to say good-by to Unk.
