Carol and family,
I pray that you are able to find comfort in the memories that you shared.
It was truly an honor to know Roy, he was a unique human being; Honest, humble, humorous, kind, loving, and caring.
To say Roy will be missed is a great understatement; But to say Roy left the world better than he found it, is
an even greater understatement.
When I think of Roy, I'll remember his smile and hear his laughter.
Roy will forever live on in the hearts...

I only met Roy once but I could tell he was a good man!

I am so Sad To all his Family I send Prayers. He was a Wonderful Person. He was are Best Man when I Married. Prayers to all Sue.

What a wonderful man! My deceased husband and I graduated with Roy! Scott also was a Cleveland Police Officer after his return from Vietnam. Love and prayers to Roy’s wife and family. Roy and Scott loved talking over old times and most certainly the police department. Love to all Mary Ann Comodeca Manley

never meet the the man but he was a good loving father to his father, our prayer are with them in their time of need.
